
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Minimum Rental Period
The standard minimum rental period is six (6) days. Shorter reservations may be considered under exceptional circumstances and only with prior agreement.
2. Included Utilities and Taxes
Rental rates cover all utilities and applicable taxes. However, we reserve the right to adjust utility charges in cases of excessive consumption.
3. Weekly Cleaning Services
For stays of seven (7) days or longer, weekly cleaning services are included in the rental price. These services encompass a change of towels and linens, as well as general tidying of all areas. Guests are kindly requested to vacate the premises during the cleaning process to ensure efficient operations.
4. Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Check-in and check-out times may be flexible, subject to prior agreement.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Before leaving, guests are required to tidy up after themselves, including washing all dishes and taking out the trash.
6. On-Site Caretaker
Our on-site caretaker resides within the building and is available to assist should the need arise.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds for canceled bookings are subject to the timing of the cancellation request. Please refer to the booking information for specific details regarding the refund conditions applicable to your reservation.
- Bookings may qualify for a **full refund**, **partial refund**, or **no refund at all**, depending on how close the cancellation is to the check-in date.
- Any card charges incurred during the transaction process will be borne by the guest and deducted from the refunded amount.
-Card charges are established by the online payment platform, which operates as an independent entity. Processing fees may be adjusted in accordance with the platform's policies, which are beyond our control.
HOUSE RULES
1. No loud noises are permitted on the premises. Quiet hours are in effect between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited, except on the terrace of La Terrazza Apartment.
3. Pets are not allowed, without exception, including small pets.
4. The maximum occupancy is two (2) people per apartment.

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel reservations without prior notice. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded or adjusted in good faith, based on the specific situation.
